Stigosmo i do čarolije #5. O prethodnim pročitajte ovde: čarolija #1, čarolija #2, čarolija #3 i čarolija #4.
Sastojci:
- 200 g feta sira
- 15 čeri paradajza (izaberite sitniji)
- 1-2 supene kašike sitno seckanog svežeg peršuna
Viljuškom izgnječite sir (ovde se zapravo radi o kravljem siru spremljenom na grčki način koji je prilično kremast; ukoliko koristite pravu grčku fetu, pomešajte je sa malo krem sira). Na dlan stavite kašičicu sira i pritisnite, preko stavite 1 čeri paradajz i još jednu kašičicu sira, pa dlanovima oblikujte kuglice. Ponovite postupak sa ostatkom sira i paradajza. Ređajte kuglice na tanjir za serviranje i pospite peršunom (peršun možete zameniti sušenim origanom).
Feta and cherry tomato balls
Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 15 cherry tomato (choose smaller)
- 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Mash the cheese with a fork (we actualy used Greek style cow cheese which is very creamy; if you are using original feta cheese, mix it with some cream cheese). Put one teaspoon of cheese on your palm and press a bit. Put on top one cherry tomato and one more teaspoon of cheese and using your palms shape into a ball. Place the cheese ball on a serving plate. Repeat with the rest of the cheese and tomatos. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (you can substitute parsley with some dried oregano).
